"To be a member of G4S 4teen means a lot to me because I think it's an opportunity that will change my future in boxing and my path in life. I could not believe this news when I heard that G4S were going to be my support. I am meeting new people from new countries and learning from them and now, I think I can go to Olympics with the help of this project."

Chatchai Butdee is a young upcoming boxer from Thailand who has been identified as one of the most promising amateur sportsmen in the country.

The boxer with great aspirations began his career throwing combinations into a sand bag that his father hung up for him. It was at this point that Chatchai’s love of his sport began. After representing Thailand’s boxing team for the last four years, one of his finest moments so far was when he won the Gold medal at the 25th South East Asian Games in Laos in 2009.

Away from the ring, Chatchai is a Corporal in the Army, however, when he has a rare moment of rest, he enjoys nothing more than playing the guitar or playing football with friends. With the values and characteristics displayed throughout his career so far Chatchai is sure to be one to watch on his journey to 2012 and G4S will be there to support him every step of the way.
