"To learn from the greatest long distance runner of all time is a dream come true. With the help of Haile and the G4S 4teen programme, I hope to achieve my goal of becoming the world’s leading female long distance runner – thank you!"
G4S 4teen’s long distance runner Pauline is going from strength to strength in the build up to the 2012 Olympics. The young runner continues to post impressive results and is travelling the world to compete in high quality races, in which she is proving she has the potential and ability to be a force in her sport.
Thanks to the G4S 4teen programme Pauline has travelled to the Ethiopian home of her mentor Haile Gebrselassie, and continues to benefit greatly from the iconic distance runner’s advice, which is evident in her ever growing list of achievements. The two share a special bond, and it is difficult not to see Pauline achieving her goals with the ability and determination that she possesses, not to mention with the guidance of Olympic Champion Haile.
