"This is a pretigious programme which will help me prepare for future events. I would like to thank G4S for giving me this opportunity to prove myself at future championships and supporting this sport."
Snigdha was inspired to take up shooting by her sporting hero Gagan Narang who won India’s first medal in the air rifle at the Afro Asian Games in 2003. The talented young Indian who hails from New Delhi began shooting at 14 years old and is now regularly representing her country at Junior level.
Together with her compatriot and fellow G4S 4teen member Mangal Ho, Snigdha flies the flag for India at competitions and G4S 4teen Training Camps around the world. In 2010 she joined some of her G4S 4teen teammates in the Philippines for a week of events to welcome new member Charly Suarez into the programme.
