Fanuel attends G4S Global Leadership Conference in Botswana

G4S 4teen athlete Fanuel Kenosi took part in the G4S Global Leadership conference that took place in his home country of Botswana from the 23rd to the 27th of November. The G4S Leadership Program is one of the most prestigious Executive Leadership Programs in the world, and the fact that Botswana was selected out of the other 116 countries in which G4S operates around the world, made its selection to host the conference a real privilege. It also underlined G4S plc’s commitment to Africa, with Botswana being the second African country to host the event, in a continent where G4S currently employ over 120,000 people.
The purpose of the program is to broaden the knowledge, skills and capability of high potential business leaders of the future, and the outstanding program has been recognised globally. The conference came to an end on the 27th November with a cultural dinner. The dinner included a number of speeches from key people, and notably an interview with G4S 4teen athlete Fanuel who spoke to the audience which included G4S Directors, Key Government Officials in the Security and Tourism Sectors and the Media. The interview was conducted by G4S employee Nyaladzi Kutjwe of Botswana, who has worked closely with Fanuel over the past few years and has ensured he obtains the continued support and guidance he requires from the G4S 4teen programme.
Also in attendance at the evening, were Fanuel’s mother and grandmother, who watched proudly as Fanuel attracted a great deal of attention on the night. A number of G4S employees had photos taken with the rising star, and the evening was a great way in which to close this highly-regarded and globally recognised conference.
