G4S 4teen athlete Sharmin Akhter from Bangladesh has been making real progress in her shooting since relocating to concentrate on her training.

G4S Bangladesh helped Sharmin relocate to Dakha earlier this year so she could be nearer to the national training facilities and concentrate on her aim of competing at London 2012 next summer.
Sharmin has since made real progress in her training and is now looking ahead to her next international competition in Kuwait in January of next year.
G4S also gave Sharmin a new rifle for her training, this extra support has made a real difference to her performance which was evident at a recent training camp where she improved on her personal best scores.
